I take a client-centered approach to therapy, flexibly altering my technique as needed to help you feel heard and supported while you work towards your goals.
When considering mental health diagnosis and treatment planning, I look at the entire person. I do not just identify their current symptoms but also learn about their values, life goals, and past experiences. Every individual is unique, which means every individual’s mental health treatment should be too. I choose research-supported skills and treatment methods that align with each individual’s personal style, finding what therapy works best for that person specifically.
I provide therapy to individuals struggling with a variety of mental health disorders. This includes anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma/adjustment-related disorders, Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and substance use disorders.
I look forward to learning more about you and your needs!

I am a clinical psychologist who earned my PhD at the University at Buffalo, State University of New York. I have a specific interest in Health Psychology, including therapy for individuals struggling with acute medical diagnoses or chronic pain. I have worked at both Roswell Park Medical Center and Erie County Medical Center providing behavioral medicine services. More recently, I worked with individuals struggling with substance abuse at a Veterans Health Administration Mental Health Clinic. Many of my patients had difficulty coping with chronic pain without the use of opioids.
